Trouble Shooting:

Unable to connect the camera Q3S to 2.4GHz WiFi(5Ghz WiFi is not supported! )?

Please follow below steps to connect the camera to 2.4Ghz wifi via wansview mobile App:
1. Power the camera on, connect the camera directly to router with network cable comes with the camera.
2. Run Wansview App, delete the camera from mobile App if you already added it.
3. Tap icon '+' and select 'Add camera via wired mode', then follow wizard to setup wifi step by step.
* Message “WiFi set success” will appear and App will skip to camera list page if wifi configuration is succeed.
Then you can remove the network cable from the camera, put the camera to another place. The best wifi distance is 50fee without wall between the camera and router.
Warm note: When scan QR code, please scan the QR code puts on camera's bottom, NOT color box.


Unable connect the camera K2 to WiFi?

Please follow below steps to connect the camera to 2.4Ghz wifi via Wansview mobile App:
Important informatio for WiFi connection: The camera only supports 2.4Ghz, 5G is not supported!
1.Reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 15 seconds until the Red light flashes quickly.
2. Connect your phone to2.4Ghz wifi, delete the camera from your mobile App if alread added it.
3. When you see theBlue light is flashing slowly, put the camera phone close to camera, tap icon ' +'and select ' Add camera via WiFi mode', then please follow wizard to setup wifi step by step.
Warm note: When you scan QR code, please scan the QR code which puts on camera body, not color box.
Note: The whole process should be finished within 5 minutes of power on. Otherwise, the camera should be unplugged and powered back.


Wansview Cloud App For MacFailed to add the camera on Mac softaware?

Use Lan search to add camera on Mac software, when click Add button, it says Add camera failed, please follow below steps to fix it:
After dragging the Wansview to application, find Wansview software, right click -- select Open to run the software, it will pop up a dialog, please click 'Open', then Wansview software will be running, and then you can add the camera successfully.


Able to access the camera when the camera and phone connect the same wifi, but Unable to access the camera when you're outside?

First, please check the network that camera is connecting can access internet.
If it can access internet, please check whether the camera will be online when your phone is using 4G mobile date.
* If the camera is not online when the phone is using 4G date, the problem might be your router's firewall prevents outside network to access your camera.
Please login your router to disable firewall, if you can view the camera with mobile App when the phone is using 4G data, you can enable the firewall again.

* If the camera is online when the phone is using 4G date, but when your phone and computer are connecting your office WiFi, you can access the camera,
the problem might be the network that your phone or computer is connecting can't access internet.

We know most of network of compannies doesn't allow to access internet, this might be the problem why can't access the camera.

Can't see anything in dark?

Please check if the IR leds of camera are on, if the IR leds are off, the problem should be Night vision is turned off by accident, please turn IR leds on via mobile App or web page.

Gmail Email alarm setting:

Input www.gmail.com in Google browser, enter your Gmail account, click Profile ---- My Account, then click “Sign-in&Security” to create App password.

2. Click 'Sign-in&Security '

3. Enable '2-Step verification' if it is not enabled.

4. Click App password

5. Select 'Mail' and 'Other', and then enter a name, like 'Wansview', then click 'GENERAGE'


6. You will get 16 letters App password as below screenshot, record it and then Click 'Done'

7. To Access Wansview App -- Alarm setting page, Email password filed input App password you generated.
